Boutique by the Bay started as a dream to offer fashionable clothing at affordable prices where women of all generations could shop together. However, it has since become much more than that – it’s a blessing and a ministry for women to recognize their worth, understand how much they are loved by other women, and most importantly, by the Lord.

Lisa Keels
Since a little girl Lisa has always had such an eye for fashion! Melissa and Lisa used to play together and have been the best of friends for over 45 or so years! Lisa can sing like an Angel and is so beautiful- not only in her presence, but in her spirit! She will always greet customers with love and will pray for anyone who has a need! Her greatest joy is serving the Lord and her family- her husband Hal and daughters Karissa and Hal-Leigh and four awesome grandsons!
Millie
Millie and her husband Scotty pastor the newest church in town- Windmark Church. They moved to PSJ after retiring from ministry in Woodstock. She has such an eye for style and displaying merchandise! She’s the one who makes the store look so gorgeous! Millie has the sweetest spirit and loves to serve others!
Rosemary
Most of you have seen our star of the boutique on social media doing her thing! Rosemary makes you laugh and is so personable- as well as the best model! She glows with love, beauty and such grace!
Jennie
Always smiling and happy is Jeannie! She is such a sweetheart and would give someone of need the shirt off her back. She treats everyone with love and has one of the biggest hearts!
Claire
Such a gorgeous young lady who is an inspiration! She has such a graceful and obvious walk with the Lord and is wise beyond her years! Claire is a sweetheart!
